How it's builtWe started the building works of Adventure Island in the spring of 2010. In the first round we have placed 40 obstacle elements along the course; we established a resting area, a designated area for open fires and a climbing tree. The expansion and the development of the course will be continuous so you can follow each stage of the building works in our photo gallery.  CoursesInduction courseWe help each visitor to learn the use of the carabine-swivel, the winch and the recommended basic climbing techniques before the use of the main course. Children’s courseFor our youngest visitors we have established a children’s course that can be used from age 3 up to the child’s height of 135 centimetres. The youngest children can move along the obstacles with the help of their parents. Beginners’ courseThis is recommended for the visitors who have never tried a rope course before. The course can also be used by the vision-impaired and the blind. Intermediate courseThose who have finished the easier course at least once will enjoy this next course. The intermediate course requires some practice and cunning thinking, and with greater heights dexterity and physical strength may be necessary to cope with the obstacles. Climbing treeWith the help of the climbing tree, a special surface similar to the rock-climbing walls, people seeking active fun can try a combination of tree and rock climbing in one place.  |
